Originally built in the 1890’s, work began in 1995 to bring the Draycott Hotel up to the standards of refinement and luxury expected in one of the finest Chelsea hotels. Today, the Draycott Hotel’s 11 beautifully appointed and individually decorated rooms provide some of the finest accommodation in London.

Each of our rooms is adorned with Edwardian antiques, reflective of its theatrical namesake. Be it Sheridan, Coward, Grenfell or Ashcroft, each room contains a little something that is reminiscent of times gone by, whether that be embodied in a photograph or biography. Working closely with interior designer Rupert Lord, the design team started with a historic and original fabric that dates back to the hotel’s legacy as a reference, with each room featuring something that reflected the name bearer’s theatrical personality.
